As a Marketing Coordinator for the Oxford Collection, my tasks included creating and updating in-room content as well as website and social media content. My daily activities involved creating content for upcoming events near the properties, organizing and managing logo'd items and ensuring the seasonal promotions display and function correctly online. I also manage content and promotions through external sites such as TripAdvisor and Booking.com. Lastly, I developed various reports through Tableau for data analysis.

My role as Revenue Management Coordinator involved revenue management analysis and forecasting for all of the properties. I built and managed the rates in RoomKey PMS and SynXis GDS, and communicated with the salespeople at the properties. I left this role when I left for my study abroad exchange.

My initial duties of this internship involved data entry during the conversion of the properties to RoomKey PMS. Later on, I was involved in another system conversion to SynXis GDS. This role progressed into more of a Revenue Management role as well as managing the Property Management System which led to my role as Revenue Management Coordinator.
