As a Team Leader at the SEEDs Organization, I play a pivotal role in the Youth Leadership Summit (YLS) and SEEDs events across both Georgia and Washington, DC. This role has honed my leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in event management, providing me with valuable experience in both logistical planning and student engagement.

As an Election Assistant, I ensured the integrity and efficiency of the voting process by obtaining signatures, recording voter names, and preventing unauthorized voting. I collected voter information to determine correct voting locations and ballots, coordinated ballot and equipment placement, and conducted voter outreach. I also distributed ballots, answered questions about voting procedures, prepared official reports of election results, and assisted new voters with the proper steps and procedures while maintaining knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
