Instrumental in leading the recruiting efforts to support the Apple HBCU Scholar Program. A $40M multi-year commitment Apple invested in HBCU students leveraging a partnership with TMCF. Identified as a success and programs exists still today. Partnered with a peer recruiter, we were collectively responsible for placing over 100 HBCU interns at Apple in less than three (3) years.Pivotal in facilitating the placement of over 40% of the students eligible to convert into full-time opportunities upon college graduation.Established additional external research to identify talent within the HBCU community that was not aware of our program and the opportunities available within the program as well as at Apple.Responsible for creating and implementing the initial Inclusion and Diversity Recruiting Strategy.Initiated an external effort to identify talent from a multitude of underrepresented communities by attending the First Annual Harvard Inclusion and Diversity Career Fair in 2017.
