CurrentAs the lead of Highspot's customer audience marketing, my primary goals are centered on platform adoption, engagement, retention, and cross-sell. I focus daily on mapping campaigns and content to every point along the customer journey, optimizing customer-facing teams and various communication channels including events, webinars, podcasts, email, the Highspot Community, and in-app notifications. I unify teams across the company around product launch, develop a deep understanding of customer sentiment, and uncover new and creative ways to nurture our customer base and increase product optimization and sales enablement maturity.
