Currently reviewing literature, analyzing public GIS, watershed, and policy research, and collecting data to improve Los Angeles’ water runoff infrastructure and quality. Also authoring a research proposal, paper, and presentation for an international sustainability summit in collaboration with student teams, professors, and advisors.

Supervised international high school students taking a Virginia Tech environmental engineering college course. Assisted the girls as they planned, budgeted, and presented sustainability community action projects for their home countries. Served as a First Aid Captain with CPR/BLS certifications. Instituted protocols, obtained medical support, and addressed immediate health concerns.

Studied benign prostatic hyperplasia, overactive bladder, and neurogenic bladder. Drafted questionnaires to support studies of patients with urologic conditions. Analyzed and helped research social media for clinical studies for the use of a new urologic device.

Revamped company websites, created graphics, wrote descriptors, and re-formatted pages. Worked with other interns on daily social media posts and scheduling. Applied SEO, keyword searching, and privacy policy to advertise services and products.

Responsibilities included cleaning, serving customers, preparing bowls and pitas, running the cash register, some grill/prep work for food, preparing digital orders, and delivering curbside orders.
