Supervising all Planning and project related tasks for customer driven product releases and changes within established policies and prosedures to ensure on time release to manufacturing at agreed Costs.Conduct Annual Focus Point Reviews.Involved in the Sales and Operations Planning process to consider NPI and phase out forecasts in the overall Planning as required.Responsible to assist in implementing data changes and forecast regarding part numbers, Bills of Material, specifications and work instructions.Interact frequently with Account Managers, Operations,Suppliers and Customers as subject matter experts.Participate with MRB Processes to assist with resolution on supplier quality issues,Assist the Supply Base Management team by participating in continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers, clients, or extended teams.

Managed client forecast through MRP execution, analyzing and positioning supply line with requirements and agreed planning parameters.Drive purchase order requirements through the global supply chain.Responsible for creating production orders-taking into consideration production capacity and customer requirements.Generate Production Schedule internally to the Operations team for resource and capacity planning.Support the Global Supply chain team as a supplier escalation to resolve delivery, invoicing or communication issues.Assist with Resolution on Supplier Quality issues and Corrective actions.Identification and management of KPI's for the planning/purchasing functions.Lead cross functional teams towards standardization, simplifications and process improvements.

Develop, plan, implement and manage internal audits for ISO complianceDevelop internal audit team by creating, maintaining audit files and upgrading ISO work instructions.Develop and maintain non-conformance area and Quality System.Verify and enter inspection data into electronic databases.Train inspectors in incoming and end of line inspection.Determine product for incoming inspection each day and week.Assist in determining cause of quality failures and rejects.Work with Purchasing/Planning and suppliers to resolve quality issues.Schedule deliveries from supplier’s carriers.Develop and Maintain supplier report cards for all major suppliers.Responsible for maintaining and issuing Supplier Corrective Actions.Serve daily as assistant to Manufacturing for any supplier quality related issue.

Managed all aspects of fulfillment, including shipping and distribution, and all related processes and procedures.Manage and ensure that customer orders are picked and packed with correct product, quantity and prioritized by the scheduled ship date and ship method. Responsible for meet the shipping matrix for each shipment. Process all FRU order or internal small package shipping needs.Perform mail sorting by class, category or carrier in an accurate and timely manner.Compile executed product into palletized or containerized units for carrier and pack into suitable shipping cartons. Conduct Inventory audits when necessary.
