Strategy development, implementation and integration of online training systems• Develop strategies for using online training systems: Learning Management System, Virtual Classroom, Online learning...• Receive, deploy and maintain the online training system• Coordinate with other relevant departments to integrate with other systems of the company according to the common requirements of the company in order to reverse the compatibility and consistency of the system2. Management and operation of online training systems• Manage the company's online training systems• Coordinate with service providers to handle arising problems• Guide and support students, lecturers, related departments... in operating and using the online training system• Manage project team members to ensure completion of assigned tasks according to predetermined timelines3. Support the eLearning course content development department• Support the eLearning course content development department in testing the forms of lecture content, uploading the lectures to the online training system• Build necessary script framework & support program design.4.
