I promote offers and discounts of the services during the major holidays to encourage up-selling of business. In this position I also coach 2 technicians the skills to do acrylic nails, dipping powders, and body waxing. Moreover, I motivate over 10 customers each day to feel happy during the services and survey over 5 customers by questioning them about their experiences at the salon. I took great pride on what I have done to my customers.

I compiled and sorted over 100 invoices and checks. I also audited over 900 invoices against purchase orders, researched discrepancies, and approved for payment. I verified accuracy of depreciation and amortization for 33 stores. On a monthly basis, I reconciled over 8 vendor statements. My favorite task is to manage and code almost 200 utilities accounts, set up auto pay, and solve any discrepancies. Furthermore, I coded over 15 expense accounts each week for Amazon, Home Depot, credit cards, and non-inventory invoices. I love what I do, and I enjoy my work.

I managed the salon frequently and made sure the services meet the expectations while maintaining customer satisfaction.

In this role, I purchased and ordered supplies. I enjoyed recording revenue, expenses, credit transactions, cash flows. Computed liabilities and profit was my favorite task. Through coaching 9 employees, I helped them how to improve communication skills with customers. I loved to mentor the employees. At times, I utilized creativity to design nails and nail art according to current trend.
