-Constructed, with a team of three, a five module gender-affirming workshop for professional training of health care workers at public hospital aimed for culturally competent health care for trans individuals -Created a task force collective aimed at addressing the needs of the trans community; monthly gatherings of 30 individuals (trans individuals, community activists, political figures, academics) where issues of employment, health needs and need of solidarity lead to the creation of a trans-centered support group -Distributed condoms through bi-weekly community action that brought food and resource information for sex workers -Collaborated with a team and of 4 to create community action initiative for LGBT youth; consulted community members create initiatives and learn about key location to provide rapid HIV/STI test, film screenings with discussion, and weekly discussions on intersectional (race, class, class) issues in the LGBT community-Conducted health care analysis of state of health services and health care quality for the trans community through five ethnographic interviews with trans individuals, health professionals, and political figures in Salvador, BA, Brazil
