Currently I handle the starts and permitting for new home sales. Process all the pertnent documention based on each municiple need. Work work with Architects, Engineers, anyone necessary to create the homes package to submit for permitting. Create elctronic and onsite copy files for Construction Managers. Submit request for DTE, Consumers and MiCon for each site. I have implimented new processes to create a more efficient flow to this process as well. I prosessed almost 400 files single handedly and forcast an increase this year.
