- Planning work: preside over construction on behalf Country Director on all branches weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly plan of production and business for the all sectors, including communication, policies for product; sales management; enterprise customer business; VAS service business, content management, etc.- Customer care: preside over the thorough customer-care operations, examination, and supervision of business work with and on behalf the Director of Branches, including, building up the corporate image and trademark for the company to facilitate sales boost. Review the quality of customer care services in order to create customer’s credibility and loyalty to company products and services.- Market research: propose product and price policies suitable to local market needs; and set up distribution channel systems across the whole country based on each geography-local needs. Lead teams to set up realistic sales targets based on market stats.- Instant assessment & reporting: summarise, analyse and assess business performance, service quality, and market share of the company in the country; propose sales mechanism and policies, image for channel, promotion programs for services and products across all branches in order to promote sales. - Overseeing the recruiting, training, supervising and appraising Tigo store sales staff.- Managing budgets by maintaining timely statistical and financial records.- Liaised with Regional Manager to set up weekly sales targets to maximise profitability including motivating staff to do so.- Ensure client complaints are dealt with in a timely fashion and that their queries and complaints are settled in accordance with company policy and national laws.- Engaged internally with marketing department in preparing promotional materials and displays across all shops.

- On boarding new suitable solar customers and ensure they are onboard for a long-term user/sales agreement.- Analysing overall solar markets in Tanzania and propose probable potential and unpenetrated areas.- Rallying sales meetings with customers in their various groups such as VICCOBAS, SACCOS and other unions.- Providing multiple reports on customers’ response to solar products being marketed to management and other departments.- Conducting credit assessment (KYCs) to potential customers that opt to purchase products on credit.- Worked with teams to generate monthly solar subscription revenue of up to $250,000 for EGG Energy.

- Organise and set up meetings with loan applicants to determine their creditworthiness before deciding whether or not I will offer them a personal or commercial loan.- Assist loan staff on the approval or rejection of loan applications, providing alternatives for the applicants based on their credibility.- Evaluate and authorise the approval of small business, agricultural, or credit loans.- Advise borrowers on expected KYCs and financial status and methods our company accepts for loan repayments.

Mwanza Region, Tanzania

- Overseeing the telecom’s sales in Tanzania particularly managing its major mobile money outlets in Dar es salaam, Mwanza, Arusha & Mbeya.- Worked with team to set-up / started Tanzania’s business from scratch and achieved USD 2M monthly revenue with 14% Gross Profit in a year.- Led the entire mobile money management team of 15 members (5 direct reports) to manage & execute 4 project locations across Tanzania.- Built up dealer distributor network, operator tie ups, logistics process, company formation, cash flow management.
