• Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware peripherals services, settings directories, storage etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.• Upgrade the server and maintain the security of server as and when required.• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures of network and system.• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.• Perform daily system monitoring verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.• Interpret and/or discuss information with team member, which involves terminology or concepts not familiar to many people; regularly provide advice recommend actions involving rather complex issues. May resolve problems within established practices.• Provide necessary trainings to the support staff and the relevant clients regarding the products and other services.• Prepare report on all job performed and submit report to the concerned authority in writing or verbally.• Enterprise Support for NetworkStore Pvt. Ltd on Mikrotik services and asterisk based IPPBX system.• Perform all other relevant duties as needed and required.

Provided systems administration support for Linux/Windows systems including server and workstation upgrades, backup and disaster recovery, monitoring, user account setup and security administration.• Implement security measures on the servers and network devices.• Implement a robust Network Monitoring System using Open Source Software(Nagios, Cacti, MRTG, SmokePing).• Manage network powered mainly by Mikrotik Routers/Wireless & Cisco Switches.• Provide phone/mail support for corporate clients regarding network issues.• Managing & Maintenance of Hotspot/Wi-Fi system at various location & Hotels.• Supervising wireless network and keeping wireless network up to date.• Troubleshooting network problem and conflicts, Internal technical support for other employees• Maintain 99.9 % system uptime.• Train Junior CSR regarding Network & Infrastructures, helping them on technical difficulties.• Configure and support Client WAN Installations.• Handling Small Projects (Planning, Design, Implementation)
