I firmly believe great leaders are those who serve. My career interests include building & implementing systems, training & development, operation & process development & improvement, creating, managing & analyzing reports and building efficient processes and teams. At every stage of my career, I find ways to impact, improve & structure. Here are some of my favorite moments:• I have helped agents increase productivity, drill down to find their niche and transition from dual career to full time brokers. Agent recruiting, development and franchise operations are skills I enjoy tapping into as a leader.• I love getting text messages from my students saying thanks for making class engaging & giving real life scenarios to bring it home. I build training programs, course content, & deliver them in a real-world context to help things click for adult learners.• I helped an investor client manage a project to convert a space into a bar/lounge downtown – helped with layout, décor, menu, design digital graphics, etc. It’s becoming the “it” spot on Main Street.• I have helped take small budgets to create big moments for associate engagement at a large corporation. I built out process improvement measures & standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
