In Bcombinator's Launch Program, I conceptualized and built a startup: MindUp.MindUp emerges with the goal of empowering young individuals to enhance their emotional well-being once and for all. It achieves this through a mobile app that transforms traditional therapy into engaging daily exercises: it's the Duolingo of emotions. Along this journey...• We co-founded MindUp with Albert Gimó, CTO & CPO of the project, holding degrees in Mathematics, Data Engineering, and AI (currently conducting research at Princeton); Erik Brieva, Chairman of the company, a renowned serial entrepreneur in Spain; and myself as CEO.• We tackled daily challenges, achieving: - Conducting over 80 interviews with therapists and patients to approach Product Market Fit right from the start. - The successful launch of an MVP, garnering more than 25 feedback early adopters and more than 1,000 active users to this day. - An organic acquisition process, validating a viable future go-to-market strategy.• We secured a valuation close to €1M, employing a fully Lean methodology with minimal financial resources.MindUp is currently a side project.

• Created and developed the Outbound Marketing strategy from scratch, which has the potential to become a crucial source of revenue for the company, with the possibility of representing up to 50% of the revenue.• Organically led the development and implementation of a successful strategy, which included motivating and guiding the team to contribute to the company's growth and success, despite limited resources.• Developed skills in strategic thinking, data analysis, and business strategy to make informed decisions.

• Led the creation of a new acquisition strategy for a new business line, Glovo Logistics as a Service (LaaS, or Glovo Business), by building a network of partnerships with eCommerce agencies, resulting in organic and growing leads.• Managed complex projects and accounts, communicating effectively with clients and internal teams, and contributing to the company's overall success.• Developed skills in adapting to a fast-paced technological environment, creating processes from scratch, and working in innovative work cultures.

I successfully completed the entire promotion plan, progressing from intern to managing my own commercial office in less than a year, while taking on roles as a salesperson and team manager along the way.
