Marketing & New Business Development:-- To promote and market company products in the market- To advise management on trends or change of trends in the market- To obtain market intelligence on competitors' products for comparison purposes vis-a-vis company products to ascertain relative strengths or weaknesses- To assist management to formulate marketing strategies for market penetration- To assist in the identification and development of Dealers for the company- To secure new business for the company by fulfilling the minimum sales target- Responsible for managing & developing new product & to ensure that the overall performance achieves the established marketing objectives- Review & analyze sales performance of the new product/brand- Formulate, review & implement marketing & promotional strategies for the new product/brand- Actively research market trends- Conceptualize, develop & launch new product to achieve overall company sales target

Sales Support:-- To oversee/supervise installations for orders secured- To ensure installations are to customers' satisfaction- To ensure that there is minimum wastage of materials through close supervision- To ensure that excessive materials at job site are returned to the warehouse and GRNs are prepared for this purpose- To liaise with the Sales-Coordinator to ensure that installers are at the appropriate location and time as per customer's request- To prepare quotations for target business groups- To ensure invoices are sent out in a timely manner- Collections from own direct customers and assist in Company's general collections

Assist Customer Support Department in the administration & management of:# Pre-sales processing# After-sales processing# Customer Services# Administrative Support for Sales Personnel# General Administrative Duties

#Ensure the quality of the applications in the sales team in order to achieve established goals#Provide direct marketing and sales support to the team sales executives#Manage, help generate and qualify as well as process sales leads. Generate new business through outbound calls and follow up on incoming sales leads.#Maintaining high standards of service delivery to the customers through efficient handling of service requests and inbound inquiries#Servicing and identifying sales inquiries from inbound calls
