- Assist to local team about product covering, specially in Malaysia Market- Schedule course and training for local team.- Provide data analysis and domestic marketing information for team to make a strategy, mainly in Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.- Responsibility for local team build up, especial for Vietnam team.

- Explore a new cooperation with hotel and build up a relationship with them according to the target,mainly in Guangzhou and Macao Hotels.- Maintain the relationship and business with exiting accounts.- Negotiate the promotion and best rate with Hotels.- Daily email and telephone, schedule sales call- Assist to prepare our thank you party and conference- Focus on the market situation, such as exhibition, big event and concert. Cooperate with Hotel to increase the production.

- Build up business relationship with corporate clients, explore business opportunity from main Booker to increase hotel occupancy and revenue. I mainly focus on such industries like bank, insurance, education and communication.- Review with Director of Sales monthly to adjust my strategies and action plan to achieve the budget.- Assist our team to organize VIP event for long staying guest and hitting accounts by monthly.

- Maintain the relationship with exiting accounts and explore the new business such as new program launching and MICE or events leads from them. Develop new account in Economic Development District, especially the chemical company.- Cooperate with my colleague to deal with travel agent, wholesales and OTA. Receiving various kinds of MICE and banquet lead. - Maintain the relationship with those company by sales call, and find out the new way with cooperation such as weekend package. - Champion of membership program, close working with Membership center. Sharing the updated information to our team.20% over achieving our target in last winter program.- Attend the sales training in Shanghai head office for 2 weeks and obtain the runner up during the competition.

- Arrange meetings and appointment, department training as well.- Assist Director daily schedule, such as reports writing, email dealing, business trip arrangement, etc.- Act as a receptionist when foreign guests from different countries visit.- Take charge of daily cash reimbursement, make statistics report forms to GM and Finance Controller.- Successfully organize the first culinary academy in southwestern area in our hotel.- Concurrently to be personal assistant for GM’s and Finance Controller
