Responsible for transportation options program oversight. This includes transportation options education and outreach throughout Oregon's Willamette Valley.Business Development: Identify and maintain strategic relationships with employers, chambers of commerce, government officials, public agencies, non-profit organizations, etc. in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties.Marketing, Outreach and Communication: Develop communication plans and strategies for, manage marketing and communication programs and campaigns promoting viable transportation options for both internal and external partners. This includes message development, collateral design, print production coordination, and staffing promotional and outreach events.Survey Research: Assist in the planning, development, and analysis of employer surveys used to gauge employee needs and attitudes about transportation, specially related to their journey to and from work.

Serve as Chair of ACT's National Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee that is charged with identifying the needs, training, and support for ACT members to ensure that the Association continually improves equity and supports a culture of respect within its membership.
