• Handles concerns of both the Lessor and the Lessee• Processing of leasing documents (Contract of Lease, Commission billing, Unit Inventory, etc.)• Assists the unit owner with their unit registration process• Broker relations • Contacting of companies who needs housing• Entertains prospective tenants and conducts viewing of available units.• Ensures that individual monthly quota is attained• Ensures that assigned units are shown and leased out.• Implements and participates in marketing strategies to increase occupancy, retention and resident satisfaction.
