Hi there! I’m a dedicated Computer Science master’s student at the University of Southern Denmark and a Junior Consultant at KMD. This role not only complements my studies but also provides me with valuable insights and professional skills in the software industry. I find the practical competences I gain from this role to be invaluable, especially since computer science can often be very theoretical. In addition to my role as a Junior Consultant, I’m also a member of KMD’s student board, where my task is to plan social events and contribute to the company’s branding efforts.My primary academic interests lie in DevOps, infrastructure, and backend development. However, I also possess full-stack competencies, which allow me to understand and work on all aspects of a project. I appreciate the challenge of working on complex IT systems that require a deep understanding of the underlying documentation. I highly value team collaboration, and I understand that the best solution isn’t always the right one, since trade-offs sometimes are necessary.I enjoy working at KMD because of its flat hierarchy. Everyone is very competent and willing to help, and is given as much responsibility as they are willing to take on. However, delivering results is expected.Outside of academics and work, I’ve been kayaking at the Nyborg Kayak Club since 2014. I’m currently a member of the board and the instructor committee. I like being in the room where things happen, learning about administrative processes, and teaching others what I’ve learned and more.
