Managing this waterpark was chaotic and that’s why I loved it. I was responsible for the thousands of guests, 100+ lifeguards, dozens of attractions, the emergencies, the broken slides, trainings/audits/certifications, schedules, hirings, firings, you get the point.I started managing when I was 16 and when I “retired” at 19 I walked away knowing I learned more life skills at this job than I ever could in school.
