I recently began my career as a physical therapist working with Phoenix Physical Therapy in Mifflintown, Pennsylvania. I graduated from Misericordia University's Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program in 2021. In 2018 I obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Management. During graduate school, I was able to actively participate in the care of patients during three integrated clinical experiences, as well as three full time clinical rotations. My first rotation was completed in the fall of 2020 at Penn State Holy Spirit Trauma Hospital in Camp Hill PA, where I was involved in inpatient care. My second rotation for Summer of 2021 was at Drayer Physical Therapy in Lewistown PA, an outpatient setting. I concluded my clinical experiences working in a non-traditional physical therapy setting, at the Selinsgrove Center during the fall of 2021. This is a state center for persons with intellectual disabilities, often coinciding with mental and physical diagnoses. During my undergraduate time at Misericordia University, I was actively involved on campus through the women's track and field team, service trips, and physical therapy club. In the graduate program I have been able to maintain part time work at a local business, teaching me the importance of time management and community interaction.
