I joined the KG Simple Solutions team in 2018 bringing 18 years of administrative experience and skills including project coordination, office management, and process review from my background in a wide range of industries with a focus on healthcare administration.  After my introduction to Lean Manufacturing principles at Cornerstone Prosthetics and Orthotics I developed a passion for incorporating these principles into business administration through constant process improvement and education.  With my inherent skills as a trainer, I compassionately and effectively create programs and documentation processes that save time while adding consistency in workflow.   I moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2018 from San Diego, CA, and outside of work enjoy spending time on the water with my husband and son.  I enjoys kayaking, crabbing, and farmers' markets as well as meeting new people in my community.
