-Responsible for the build, testing, design, planning, support, optimization and maintenance of Prelude, Grand Central and RTE applications across fours hospitals within the organization-Team lead for two full-cycle new hospital builds/implementations -Team lead for two Stork conversions/implementations-Team lead for the Research module implementation -Completed two Epic double upgrades, version 2010 to 2014 and version 2014 to 2017-Completed over 30 new department build/roll-outs for various department types- Ambulatory, Ambulatory with HAR, HOD and non-appointment based departments-Provided 24/7 on-call support to Prelude, Grand Central and RTE users across the organization-Owned facility structure build and design changes related to facility, service area, location, departments, rooms and beds-Implemented RTE for new hospital implementations using existing 270/271 interfaces-Configured RTE data pulls for response history alerts-Enabled new payors/plans for RTE, created/updated RTE interface tables, translation tables and outgoing setting records as needed to make X12 message information intuitive, accessible and convenient to the end userHighly skilled with rules, confirmation records, work queues, census logs, facility structure, unit/room/bed configuration, item profiles/defaults, event based auto settings, HTML tables/display configuration, comparison configuration properties and records, troubleshooting and end-user workflows. Familiar with Cadence, Radiant, Optime and Stork workflows and integration points. Proficient in Data Courier.
