Parts Procurement•Ensure product volumes and order flow are optimized in order to achieve target sales objectives.•Procure special buys negotiating pricing, terms, deliverability and timescales with suppliers meeting strict deadlines.•Liaison with Service Area regarding parts buys.•Create purchase orders and various reports to check stocks and invoice information.•Provide quotations/bids to Service Area as requested.•Coordinate with Mechanics and Parts Pullers to fulfill parts orders necessary for repairs.

•Manually assemble tools including extensions, packers, quantum service tools, seal stacks, multilateral connectors and templates, and various other tools.•Complete tests, measurements, operations and process controls.•Maintain production tools and equipment.•Perform technical duties on all functional work group projects employing proper test techniques and procedures for all key cell projects.•Use job packets, routings, work orders, quality travelers and bill of material.•Ability to read blueprints for component identification, wire preparation, stripping and crimping using all pertinent manual hand tools.•Conducts troubleshooting to diagnose product, process, or program defects and repair them.•Skilled with mechanical assemblies and automated machine operation.•Interact with third party inspectors to witness assembly of tools and provide documentation as necessary to complete assembly inspection.•Work closely with Quality Department ensuring proper traceability of assemblies.

•Function as inside sales representative for house accounts as well as inside contact and support for outside sales representatives.•Daily management and development of company accounts including every aspect of order processing including, but not limited to, quotations/bids, order acceptance and placement into computerized sales and order processing system, quality assurance follow up, shipment and delivery.•Responsible for receiving and restocking of inventory while participating in spot and annual inventory checks.•Coordinate with mechanics to fulfill parts orders necessary for repairs.•Responsible for processing of warranty claims and core collection for return to vendor.•Negotiate pricing, terms, deliverability, and other variables with suppliers.•Provide on-the-job training and support to new employees ensuring full comprehension of job expectations and company processes.

•Conduct functional inspection of residential dwellings including foundation, plumbing, wiring, air conditioning/heating unit, roof, well, septic system and pool.•Document findings of insufficiencies in Excel report and provide to customer along with photos of suspect items.•Consult with customers for further explanation of documented items and follow up to ensure repairs are properly completed.•Maintain schedule of all training and inspections to be performed ensuring adequate time allotments.•Manage invoicing and accounts receivables to ensure timely payment on accounts and perform collection responsibilities as necessary.
