CurrentSouth Eastern Pizza Group and JEM Pizza Marketing• Local Restaurant Marketing Planning for South Eastern Pizza Group: (A Pizza Hut Franchisee) - Reviews sales performance to determine location needs. - Diagnose opportunities with executive team including CFO and COO. Then develops and executes against a pro-active sales action plan. - Monitors results by period - Provides support to operations team to ensure successful execution• Local Field Advertising and Promotions: Assists in handling requests from the field related to advertising and promotions inclusive of: - Design promotional materials for individual restaurant events - Design catering materials: coupons, flyers, etc - Advertising requested from individual locations including print, banners, etc.• New Store Openings: Manages New Store Openings, from strategy development to execution of new marketing tactics.• Holiday Programs: Manage holiday programs that resonate with the Pizza Hut’s key demographic through strategy, creative, execution and results reporting.• Comp and Promo Analysis: Monitors comps and promos by period to identify negative trends, surface potential abuse and ensure budgets are met. • Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing programs and contributing to process improvement• Manage and leverage vendor relationships effectively • Ensures 100% compliance and proper execution of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to:- POP displays- Accurate training and scripting- Follow up with recommendations to GM/Regionals
