If something is not quite right Kiley makes sure everyone is aware and seeks the correct information proactively. He will immediately ping me or walk over to my desk to make sure I have a good understanding of the issue and seek guidance on what we should do next. He works very closely with the project team without me even having to ask. Occasionally I will ask Kiley if he has talked to the IA on the project to ensure the wireframes were updated appropriately. He always comes back to me with a “yes, I have already talked to that person and they are already working it, it will be completed by EOD”. This sense of proactively making sure the project is running smoothly is part of what makes Kiley so great. Kiley’s dedication to Premier and work ethic are incredible. Working with him is truly inspirational. He gives 110% everyday (and this is with two very small children that keep him up all hours of the night!)
