1.) Oversee production and DTP dept to make sure all regional publications are on time as per schedule including printing & shipping arrangements for other regional distributions.2.) Plan and monitor costing against FY budget closely. Prepare monthly report to management and highlight key issues. 3.) Deal with regional editors and sales regarding scheduling and costing upon request. 4.) Dealing with printers for best cost and timeline to meet budget and deadlines. 5.) Provide solutions and guidance to subordinate to complete their tasks when required.

1. To monitor daily production schedule and manage 70 workers including printing, binding, logistic and raw material warehouse. 2. To do press check for for client's magazine cover and monitor print quality from time to time. 3. To teach print operator to understand ISO 12647-2 standard and make sure they monitor with Techkon measuring devices from time to time.4. Plan davance with sales and management for overseas project to make sure all orders delivery on time. 5. Liaise with technician for machinery issues and solve the problems to make sure production run smoothly.

My current position require an good organize skill to oversee overall printing and planning for post-production process.My press check and color monitoring skill help me to make sure the print out during press check will get the closest result as possible in order to meet designers or client's requirement too.
