• Knowing precisely the daily schedule of arrivals and departures at the airport.
• Collecting the information from the ATC (Air Traffic Controller) about the flights activities, in connection to the flight schedules.
• Informing all of the passengers and airport’s visitors through the radio system (manually), whenever there is any constraint to the flights that affect the main schedule.
• Providing basic information about Bali, such as popular places to be visited and how to get the access via public transportations.
• Making daily report about the flight schedule of departures and arrivals, most importantly about the changes that caused by obstacles before and during the flight.
