I am currently an Accounting and Payroll Administration student at New Brunswick Community College looking for positions in accounting. During the summers I work at the Petitcodiac Valley Golf and Country club where I get to use my math skills. My favorite part about this job is the customers and meeting new people. At NBCC I have already learned so many things relating to the accounting and payroll field such as, creating and understanding financial statements, payroll legislations and processing payroll, how to use Sage 50, as well as other computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and proper business communication.
