I had contracted out three iOS features for ezClocker time tracking and schedule management application. I first added Core Data with a data model that persists to a sqlite database with automatic versioning migration support. I then added Push Notification to the iOS app and created a Node.js web service that I had learned for 4 months and used Amazon Web Services (AWS) to do push notification to the iOS app which notifies them to check their schedule. I have also added offline mode support that allows users to clock in/clock out even when the server is down and will send pending updates to the server in the background at a later time.

Senior iOS Developer creating a re-usable branded app initially developed for The Hard Rock Café using Swift. In a matter of days and because of my past experience in C#, VB, Delphi, Objective-C, C++ and reading books on Swift started doing Swift full time. I ported several Objective-C classes, and routines such as my Touch ID support from my sLockBox app, Core Data support using a sqlite database, type extensions and etc. I created generic classes for REST API calls to the server, included cocoa pods with Gloss for JSON parsing. I used storyboards, segues, Auto-Layout, and Autosize classes.

Part of a team in the creation of Lacerte Tax Planner, a tax planning and analysis tool and the Document Management System, a document storing and PDF annotation tool both written in Delphi. I then got to refactor the Lacerte Tax Program to share its OSI (On Screen Input) technology with the tax forms design tool that tax developers used to design tax forms for the Lacerte Tax Program. The design tool was DOS like and shared no OSI technology with the Lacerte Tax Program and by doing so they could finally design the Tax Forms in real time to what users would see in the Lacerte Tax Program without having to run the Lacerte Tax Program. Then in 2004 me and another developer got interested in C# and started learning on our own and we did some small projects in C# and also porting Delphi to Java. I then was the Lead Engineer of the Lacerte Tax Planner product with main responsibilities in design, development with continued enhancements, new features and improvements till I left in 2010.
