o Business Lead representing the General Insurance Division of Lloyds Banking Group on a project to set up the 7th biggest bank within the UK. o Managed a review of over 5,500 Lloyds Bank General Insurance products to determine the scope of the General Insurance Project.o Negotiated 3rd party costs, leading sessions on the end to end design, challenging requirements & identifying solutions. o Managed a team that produced for the first time detailed end to end process flows for all products in scope of the project. Involvement included chairing meetings with representatives across IT, MI, Business, Finance and 3rd Parties. o Chaired business requirements sessions, reviewed and signed off all business requirement catalogues across the project, main contributor to testing and business readiness documents, and led numerous discussions with IT teams across the UK and India.o Created substantial network of key stakeholders across the entire Programme (C. 36 individual workstreams).o Identified, developed and managed the implementation of several cost effective solutions.
