Since starting my journey at the company in 2007, my career has been a testament to growth and versatility. Initially joining as an Administrative Assistant, I quickly moved into the finance department, evolving from Finance Assistant to Finance Manager, and eventually to Finance Director. Alongside my finance roles, I embraced operational challenges, beginning as a window cleaner and advancing to a Specialist Access Window Cleaner using MEWPs, culminating in becoming an IRATA certified Rope Access Technician.Transitioning from finance, I took on the leadership of our team of Rope Access Technicians, leveraging my comprehensive understanding of every facet of the company to guide my team effectively. Now, as Director, my journey through various roles within the company from the age of 17 has equipped me with the insights and experience to lead with empathy and efficiency. My career at this company has been my sole professional endeavour, filled with relentless learning and unwavering passion for every new challenge. I am committed to excellence in leadership, cherishing the opportunity to drive our team towards greater achievements.
