Role:•Procurement of Health & Safety Equipment.•Prepare and install a company Safety Statement and issue this Statement subject to approval by the company directors. • To ensure that employees are consulted in the making and maintenance of arrangements to make a safe and healthy place of work. • Ensure that employees are consulted as to the effectiveness of any such arrangements made.• Ensure that as far as is reasonably practicable account is taken of any representations made by employees. • Is to ensure that full consideration is given to any representations made by an employee safety representative. • Have a knowledge and understanding of the Standard Control Systems Safety Statement and Statutory regulations.•Be available to, where necessary, attend at customer site safety meetings.•To ensure that all employees are in possession of the appropriate standard PPE for the work to be undertaken. • Provide and maintain a Site Safety Logbook to be located in the Standard Control Systems head office. • Responsible for the availability and issue of PPE and to keep records of same in the Safety Logbook. •Carry out regular safety audits on site and keep copies of these in the Site Safety Logbook. •Is to investigate and compile reports on accidents and dangerous occurrences notified by the Project Manager. This information is to be entered in the Safety Logbook. If necessary accidents or dangerous occurrences must be reported to the Health and Safety Authority using the appropriate forms.

Design Engineer for Standard Control Systems.Role in design team:•Compose Control Strategy Narratives from client’s specifications for all types of building control and monitoring. •Use of a CAD package to assist in the creation of the panel drawings of the MCC’s (Motor Control Centre) and DPU’s (Distributed Processor Unit) showing all the IO for the different controllers. •Building of the Control Strategy using a System Engineering Tool. •Designing the graphically representation of the project into a user friendly program. •Pre-commissioning of the strategy and the graphics to ensure 100% accuracy across both systems before going to site. •Site commissioning of the graphics and strategy.•Demonstration/ Training of finished product to customer
