In charge of helping design a Military Aviation Safety Programme (military counterpart to ICAO "State Safety Programme", defined as "an integrated set of regulations and activities aimed at improving safety"), which will consist of 4 components : Defence Safety Policy and Objectives, Defence Safety Risk Management, Defence Safety Assurance, Defence Safety Promotion.

I was in charge of the design of the emissions report and periodical review of the plant (toptier COMAH facility), in accordance with the EC IPPC directive, comprising a conformity analysis of the evolution of the facilities, compared to the authorizations, and compared to the best available techniques.Master's thesis : "Value Creation and Environmental Management"

I was involved in a 4-week project aiming at securing the road and rail transportation of dangerous goods as well as the access to the plant (top-tier COMAH facility) producing ammoniac-based fertilizers, through the completion of security data sheets, a best practice benchmarking study, and the suggestion of corrective actions.

I wrote a handbook on nuclear security, that included the analysis of the generl principles of security, the general and particular rules for the internal transportation of nuclear products, the crisis organisation of the French Defence (in case of a radiological event), all of them being applied to the embarked nuclear propulsion reactors. I assisted the manager of the agency, by qualifying the request of the customers (mainly ExxonMobil and its contractors), realising job descriptions,recruiting (evaluation, selection and interview), and leading outsourcing activities. I was also left in charge of the planning of training sessions for workers, and helped promote health and safety measures as well as the wearing of IPEs.Dissertation : "Employement Agencies and Labour Market Liberalisation".

I carried out an organizational diagnosis and audit within a medical centre (Korian Group), analysed structures and recommended corrective actions to meet specific requirements prior to a certification audit.
