I worked as Senior Creative / one half of the inhouse design team at Three Ireland. Teleco's is a fast moving industry and there is a wide range of design tasks involved within my role. These range from print to digital campaigns that can be implemented in press, channel, online, along with involvement in above and below the line elements. This entails all elements for the 28 stores nationwide also.I have to manage a lot of various daily tasks as well as different relationships within the varied departments and external companies we deal with.Creatively we are tasked with producing design solutions for many tasks, implementing these and managing the output and delivery. There is always a fast turn around on these and can be a very large volume depending on campaign.I would work closely with the digital team, PR, marketing and business departmentsas well as many suppliers and printers.We would also do some experiential work within our role as sponsors for the Irish International Football team. This would entail the branding / event cordination and fitting out of the Aviva Stadium and Players Lounge for various international matches.I would also work closely with the various agencies connected to the business such as WHAM UK (Central brand agency), Boys&Girls Dublin, McCann Ericson, Irish International and Delta Group.

I have worked on various projects for large international brand and companies whilst freelancing at the following agencies: Ground 4D | Acorn | Atomic. Examples of these would be Google, Coors, Tiger Beer, Ladbrokes, etc.

I was lucky enough to work at New Graphic for a short period of time before I relocated jobs.We worked on a wide range of design projects. Mainly design for print, identites and branding projects.This was a great experience in a very innovative and positive design studio.

Selftaut is a graffiti art mural company and consultancy. We have created bespoke murals and graffiti art work pieces for a wide range of clients and brands.Our client base would range from various Advertising & PR agencies to larger international brands such as Coca-Cola, Redbull, Reebok, Sony Playstation, Electric Picnic and Oxegen Music Festivals.We have also worked for a wide range of Arts Councils and VEC groups nationwide.We have travelled worldwide & nationwide with this company and have exhibited in some of the countries top galleries, as well as being commissioned for work internationally.In addition to this, our work has been published in numerous publications worldwide.

Red&Grey were involved in creating the pitch and Pivot campaign to make Dublin the international design capital. This was a project that I had a great interest in and wanted to try and be involved in a creative studio that was developing this campaign.It was a great place to work with lots of various designers, creatives, architects etc passing through to collaborate on the Pivot project.It is a very positive and creative studio space and I loved my time there. I was involved on working for the narrative for a book and illustrating / creating a visual interpretation on the Authors story.This was a nostalgic look at his experience growing up in 1980s.This was a good challenge and I got a chance to explore my illustration skills.

I work a part time design internship with Unthink while at college. This was a brilliant experience and was very hands on and I was involved in all elements of whatever was happening in the studio.This was an invaluable learning experience. I got to work on live projects and also visit printers and learn about the pre press process etc. Unthink is a great studio and are really innovative and progressive, so my time there really helped me develop my design knowledge.

I contacted and self initiated a design intern placement within The Irish Times design department.I have a strong interest in design for print and editorial design and wanted to experience working within a newspaper and media / publication organisation. This was a great experience working alongside editors, journalists, photographers, photo editors and artworkers. I learnt alot from this internship and saw how the pace and process works within a large daily publication. I have since been commissioned to produce artwork for various promotional campaigns for the company, directly from the design dept and also from Target McConnells agency.
