I have vast experiences working in enterprise development as well as capacity building of SMEs using the International Labor Organization (ILO) Training Package called the Start & Improve Your Business (SIYB) for which I am an accredited ILO Master Trainer (Trainer of Trainers) and have trained professionals in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania, South Africa and ZimbabweI have practical experience in Peacebuilding & Conflict Resolution, Human Rights, and Policy & Governance Campaigns. From 2017 - 2022 in South Sudan & Zimbabwe. I have over 25 years professional experience in programme designing, implementing, managing, and delivering and developing and rolling out Robust Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Systems for cost-effective and quality delivery of Programmes, ensuring optimum Value for Money (VfM) as well as Gender Mainstreaming and Child Rights based programmes. especially in emergency responses. I have vast experience in coordinating the development, packaging and compilation of the organizational strategy and business plans, including the development of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the Strategy Plan, Business Development & Resources Mobilization, through facilitating identification of donors (donor mapping) and donor diligence, developing Concept Notes, Proposal Development, or Providing Quality Assurance expertise for institutional donors. I have extensive experience in Managing Ensuring Donor Contracts, ensuring compliance with donor requirements for Institutional Donors as USAID, NORAD, CIDA, SIDA, OFDA, DFID, Au said, EC, ECHO, WFP, UNOCHA, UNICEF and Trusts among others, managing donor deadlines, ensuring timely submission of quality narrative and financial reports, managing finances and coordinating budgets.
