I took care of the well-being of the backstage area of Treski Küün. My tasks included arranging the design and layout of the area in cooperation with the designers, making the area comfortable and cosy, reading through and following the artists' riders in cooperation with the head bartender, prepping the rooms, hosting the artists during the event and handling operative tasks.

I managed the Instagram account of sTARTUp Day. My job was to come up with content ideas, plan and execute the creation of posts, write the copies and work together with the other members and the head of the media team.

I took care of the well-being of the discussion area of Digital Culture Year 2020. My tasks included leading a team of four partnering institutions and being a connection between them and the festival team, planning and organising the work for the area: putting together the program, arranging the design and layout of the area in cooperation with the designers and handling operative tasks. In addition, I helped manage the social media channels of Digital Culture Year.

As the head of community I took care the team and kept the atmosphere and environment in the office supportive and uplifting. I also managed a charity project raising funds for promising young rally drivers and worked on upgrading our hosting system. Additionally, I helped the CEO with operational tasks.

As the vice chairman of the board my job was to ensure the smooth daily running of the organisation, represent ESCU in the media, at events and conferences and with partners, formalise documents (memos, protocols, organisational standpoints), create and follow an action plan and a funding strategy, cooperate with the Estonian Ministry of Education and Research, etc. Furthermore, I was the coordinator of the departments of communication (internal and external communications, marketing and branding) and culture (internal and external events and programs, sponsorships).

During my year working on member relations I got to improve my social and public speaking skills thanks to conducting simulations and trainings in schools all over Estonia. In addition, I had to advice the student councils and schools, help conduct a member happiness and feedback survey, and manage the member database.With the team we had to ensure new members develop relationships, and participate in a variety of programs and events, like general assemblies, training days, etc. I was working directly with the head of the department to ensure timely and appropriate communication with the members.
