As a negotiator in the settlements department at NDR, I worked with creditors and collection agencies to structure affordable payment plans for our clients to pay off their debt. With these settlement agreements, an average client became debt-free while paying less than half of the original balance of their enrolled debts.In my first month, I completed 105 settlements, converted at 21.74%, and exceeded my quota by 28.05%. In my second month, I completed 142 settlements, converted at 26.89%, and exceeded my quota by 44.90%. I was also awarded the bronze SPIF for the third-highest conversion in the department.In my fifth month, I completed 289 settlements and had the highest conversion in the department.

Overseeing the day to day operations of SFL, developing and implementing the strategic efforts of SFL for the year, facilitating the development of student leaders and their success on campus; and successfully implementing SFL’s mission.

Assisted the Cato Institute's Tech, Telecom, and Internet policy expert, Jim Harper, with research and data collection.In addition, all interns fulfill such responsibilities as clerical work, delivery of studies to Capitol Hill, and setting up for Cato events, including registering guests and carrying hand-held microphones at public forums and debates. All interns take an active part in weekly seminars and in research and writing workshops.
