Responsible for all electrical-related duties throughout CRB's entire manufacturing plant. The plant consists of 3 full plastic extrusion lines, 2 beamer winders, a weaving department consisting of around 70 looms, and a spinning department with eight Rieter C-51 Cards, 3 Rieter Draw Frames and 2 full Rieter RU-4 Spinning Frames. This includes automation and controls, installations of new machines and electrical components, building electrical panels, programming and documenting changes in PLC programs, process control, programming and installing VFD's, upkeep of all pertinent software and hardware for the electrical department, preventive maintenance of all production lines and machines, emergency maintenance, electrical component stock and critical inventory, outsourcing of most electronics and AC/DC motor repairs, keeps motor room stocked, Head to Toe maintenance on complete buildings electrical systems, electrical maintenance of Skyjack scissor-lift and JLG boom-lift, electronic scales repair, and anything else that can be tied to electricity.
