To manage and lead on various projects within corporate affairs with a primary focus on the Equality & Human Rights agenda ensuring compliance with legislation. Developing strategies and policies throughout the organisation. I work closely with key, internal & external stakeholders, interpreting & applying legislation to build frameworks and implement systems and robust processes to support & guide the organisation in decision making. Reporting directly to the board my key priorities include undertaking strategic planning and management, change management, project management, quality assurance, teaching, data analysis and reporting along with supporting HR in recruitment, grievance and disciplinary procedures.
