Kim never shy’s away from a project, even ones that are outside of her normal skill sets, and takes each one on with a gusto that is envied. Aqua-Therm's continued fast, profitable growth, happened in a large part to the dedication, strong work ethics, fiscal control, and loyalty shown by Kim. Kim is a strong and talented Vice President of Operations, overseeing the finance department, logistics, vendors, and is a valued member of the OPCOM team. We truly are fortunate that she works for Aqua-Therm and not one of our competitors. Kim also takes on projects and responsibilities that involve a sister company, Windations, in additional to her full time responsibility to Aqua-Therm. The future for Kim is whatever she chooses it to be. She continuously grows, both professionally and personally, and with her skills, intelligence, and her task and people management skills, she could eventually develop into a Managing Director or President if that’s what she would desire.
