She has never left a doubt in my mind about her promotions and, she allows/affords me the opportunity to focus on strategic development. As the VP of Operations, Kim continually looks for faster, less expensive, and better ways to perform all areas of her direct responsibility. Kim never shy’s away from a project, even ones that are outside of her normal skill sets, and takes each one on with a gusto that is envied. Aqua-Therm's continued fast, profitable growth, happened in a large part to the dedication, strong work ethics, fiscal control, and loyalty shown by Kim.
