• Keep track and trace Air and Ocean Import Shipment for timely entry filing• Computation of duties and taxes due to the government for each shipment• Help check, review and verify customs documents before turning it over to a Third Party Broker• Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation
