I transitioned to this role through ASM's acquisition of The Sunflower Group in December, 2014.

As a Sr Regional Manager for the mid- Atlantic region, I support company initiatives through recruiting, networking, event auditing, building client relationships, and assisting to execute high-profile events. I enjoy traveling throughout my region to attend hiring events, training events, and high-profile promotions. I also take pride in working with my team members to share best practices and create new procedures which enhance our effectiveness.

In this role, I was responsible for the supervision and management of my merchandising team of 25-32 direct reports, including assisting in recruiting, interviewing and on boarding new hires, ongoing talent development and training, monthly sales meetings, weekly merchandising schedule for sales center to service all major key accounts and large-format retailers, I was also responsible for operating within department budget, tracking and reporting results weekly and for building and maintaining relationships with retail contacts to communicate merchandising related business and resolve opportunities. Internal communication with sales department and sales staff was instrumental to my success as a respected leader within the organization. Human resource responsibilities, including executing development plans, disciplinary actions and dismissals, were also among my responsibilities.

Sales of PNC Bank Products, including deposit, savings, investment accounts and loans. I also closed loan products, provided notary services, and built relationships with branch customers and guests. I cross trained and could execute all of the branch roles, including teller responsibilities.
