Main responsibilities included managing an existing account base as well as prospecting for new customers. Increasing revenue and doing what was best for the business customer were my main priorities. Products included TDM and VoIP, CPE, Internet and Data.

I managed a team of 13 account managers that were responsible for meeting a monthly sales objective. In addition to coaching and managing the team, I was also responsible for reporting results, managing escalations and working with other members of management to improve the productivity of the team.

My role was to manage an existing account base and increasing revenue by finding voice, data, Internet and CPE solutions for business customers.
