Through institutional fundraising (including grant proposals for the EU and other donors) and programme management, I worked together with partners (in Uganda, India, Benin, Malawi, Ghana and Bangladesh) to increase food security and strive towards zero chronic hunger globally.

As Advisor Organisation Development, I supported partners in Zambia, Kenya, Cameroon, Tanzania, Uganda and Bangladesh. Within this role, I was responsible for programme management, capacity strengthening and ensuring the efficiency of expenditure. (I started this position through the AMID Young Professional Programme 2021.) Other tasks in this function included:• Review of annual plans, reports and project proposals submitted by partners• Preparing and presenting projects for the internal project committee (RC)• Contribute to M&E activities at country and programme level• Analyzing results of organisational assessments and programme evaluations• Contribute to / support various trajectories at policy level within the department and within the organisation such as the learning trajectory 'Breaking down Barriers' or the programme of 'Make Way' (SRHR/L&A)

In 2020, I combined the role of management assistant at the Liliane Foundation and MIVA with the role of junior lobby & network coordinator at DCDD (Dutch Coalition on Disability and Development). For both positions, activities included:• First point of contact for and maintenance of internal and external relations• Managing information flows, appointments and emails• File management and archiving• Preparing management meetings and taking minutes• Monitoring and stimulating progress of policy and decision-makingMoreover, within this role, I managed the operational process of the transition of the Disability, CBR & Inclusive Development journal (DCID).

In 2020, I combined the role of management assistant at the Liliane Foundation and MIVA with the role of junior lobby & network coordinator at DCDD.
