Leadership in the healthcare industry has always come naturally to me. Starting as an RN, I quickly found a fit in leadership positions by being the charge nurse. Now, having worked my way up to the administrative level, I have the exciting chance to continue this pursuit of leadership and help develop this same passion in those I have the privilege of working with. I served as a Board Member of the Hospice and Palliative Care Credentialing Center or HPCC from 2016-2021. Previously, I have been involved as a member of the Exam Development Committee for Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Administrators. I was a founding member of the Northeast Oklahoma HPNA chapter, where I served as Nominating Committee Chair. My passion for leadership and high-quality healthcare continue to drive me and serve as a guide for my leadership style at Cura-HPC.
