Responsible for the oversight of Population Health Management Systems (Phytel and Verisk) within The Polyclinic. Including coordinating inter-departmental efforts associated with the systems, including taking a lead role with internal teams in coordinating the overall successful implementation of the program. Providing leadership in the implementation and deployment of a scalable project methodology for expanding the utilization and effectiveness of the systems, ensuring ease of execution across the business. Identify and monitor program budgets, risks, opportunities for improvement and resource constraints. Communicate with the Executive Management and associated governance/steering committee to ensure clear and consistent communications and governance. Reports to the Sr. Vice President Business Services. Responsible for overseeing and managing enterprise level usage and maintenance of Population Health Management Systems. Coordinate and work across the Quality, Care Management Services and Practice Management departments within The Polyclinic to build a scalable process that become the best practices for management of the enterprise use of Population Health Management Systems. Develop and enhance processes on an as needed basis, in addition to coordinating training resources and any process improvements as they become available. Identify and coordinate activities to ensure, timelines, issues and risks are surfaced as a lead contact with the vendors and successes are elevated to build and maintain ongoing support of the tools. Provide feedback based on direct experience, in order to ensure that The Polyclinic, Phytel and Verisk remain strategically and operationally aligned. Responsible for overall communications with The Polyclinic Management Team with regard to internal expectations associated with the systems.

Project manager for the Care Innovations project responsible for all phases of the project including requirements, selection, testing, training and implementation of the Population Health Management systems Phytel and Verisk. Coordinated efforts of a multidepartment team comprised of Quality, Care Management Services and Practice Management for a successful implementation. Sr. Business Systems Analyst for Care Innovations and ASC System Replacement Projects providing business analysis, requirements definition, application management, documentation, testing, customer support for the Phytel, Verisk and Amkai applications.

Projects include digital asset evidence system, mobile connectivity for public safety vehicles, Police online reporting, Evidence bar coding system. Responsible for all phases of projects including requirements, selection, testing, training and implementation.Systems Analyst for for business systems including Police Records Management (Tiburon), Permitting Records Management (Kiva), Learning Management System (SumTotal Systems), IT Asset Management (TS Census), and Help Desk (Clientele).
