With over 20 years of personal and professional experience in yoga, wellness, and bodywork, I am passionate about helping people find a greater sense of well-being within themselves. I have 2 board certifications and 1000’s of hours in trainings about polarity therapy, craniosacral therapy, massage therapy, yoga therapy, and safe communication. This mix of modalities enable me to work with clients wholistically, with more affect.As a polarity practitioner and a craniosacral massage therapist, I offer customized sessions that combine both manual techniques and communication skills. Diet and movement advice can also be part of the sessions, as well. Understanding the universal energy principles, I work to help balance the nervous system so that the body can liberate its own natural intelligence.
