In charge of small to large scale projects across 30+ distribution locations. Responsible for identifying stakeholders, developing project scope, assembling cross-functional teams, creating detailed project task lists and managing project meeting cadence. Led the warehouse realignment in the Boston distribution facility. Scope of the project included.

Oversaw demand planning, production planning and label creation functions in order to support company initiatives and customer requirements. Coordinate and direct all of the activities involved in the planning of all finished goods and raw materials from production facilities and co-manufacturers. All of these activities are to be managed in accordance.

• Managed employees in the development of planning tools for both Planning and Procurement and best practices to implement and action against them to better serve the department's internal customers.
• Managed daily activities of direct employees in the weekly manufacturing scheduling process, label development process and procurement of raw materials and packaging as well as subcontracted products
• Production/Planning lead for all new product and reformulation projects

• Managed 3 full time employees in the development of inventory strategies and managed the coordination between Planning group & WellPet manufacturing location.
• Managed the Supply Chain planning process in order to meet 97% case fill rate. Managed, tracked, reported and maintained appropriate inventory levels. Developed strategies to meet changing market and demand
• Led the inventory draw down for distribution center closure that maintained high customer service fulfillment levels (97%) while successfully obtaining low forecasted end inventory for transfer
• Designed inventory reduction program. Reduced inventory 17% between May – Sept 2012
• Created all master data for finished goods, packaging, ingredients & formulas in IFS
• Coordinated the monthly capacity requirements between Supply Chain Planning and WellPet manufacturing locations

• Leader of 13 extended teams for $20 million dollar manufacturing expansion project to move operating strategy from 80% outsourced to 80% self-manufacture for dry food. Largest capital project in the history of WellPet.
• Implemented established ERP system (IFS) in manufacturing facility. Developed/tested/documented new order to cash process between two locations
• Primary liaison between the Indiana manufacturing facility and corporate office. Represented both process development.
• Primary change agent champion for corporate culture merger between plant & corporate. Helped corporate office to understand a mfg environment and helped the mfg location understand the demands of the marketplace and.
• Developed/documented/trained/implemented new Order Management Process for Canadian customer orders - new regulations established in 2009 by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
• Project Manager for the on-schedule, on-budget transfer of WellPet’s East Coast DC

Responsibilities included facilitating the development of new items, reformulations and promotions through the Project Management Lifecycle Process. Responsibilities included the confirmation of required deliverables such as approved ingredient panels, guaranteed analysis, Marketing copy, trademark review, packaging samples, Operations and Quality review.

Supervised all activities within the Customer Service and Consumer Affairs Department. Implemented customer specific profiles to ensure continued customer satisfaction in times of absence within the department and assisted with implementation of policies within the corporation including; short dated product guidelines, credit process guidelines for outside.

Managed and processed all orders in designated territory ensuring that they follow the product order process successfully from pre-sales through shipment to the collection of payment and resolving all issues as they arise
