- I-9 audits- Accepting, reviewing records, and maintaining applications for employment- Setting up files for all new employees- Completing term documents for filing- Facilitate new hire orientations and new hire input- Prepare all materials for new employee orientation- Filing I-9 documents for INS records for compliance - Work closely with Superintendents and Op Managers- Maintain monthly, weekly, and annual reports assigned- Translate documents assigned- Respond to request for employment verification and salary verification as needed.-Meet with employees who visit HR for any reason, handling the problem or referring the employee to the appropriate HR representative or on the phone or via email- Work and assist the Safety Department as assigned- Support other departments as needed

- Support Staff for Human Resources & Legal Compliance Department.-Assist in the administration of company benefit programs.-Assist and coordinate with the company’s hiring/selection process.-Assist in maintaining, archiving and securing corporate and legal documents.- Assist in comprehensive research.-Associated office and clerical functions.-Assist in monthly e-Newsletter
